Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting that will shape our product vision.
• Define company-wide metrics and make sure we’re tracking what truly matters.
• Lead, grow, and mentor the analytics team— from hiring to onboarding and long‑term development.
• Manage team workload, set priorities, and ensure smooth execution of analytics tasks.
• Select, configure, and implement analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, BigQuery, etc.).
• Build systems that transform raw data into actionable insights across the company.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Anti‑Fraud, and Support to deliver dashboards and reports that drive decisions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager, BI Lead, or Head of Analytics.
• Strong command of Python & SQL for working with large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with Amplitude (must‑have).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis: hypothesis testing, regression, experiment design.
• Familiarity with feature flag & experimentation platforms (LaunchDarkly, GrowthBook, etc.).
• Experience managing and scaling an analytics team, setting processes and priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously, translating business goals into a clear analytics roadmap.
• Strong presentation skills—translate complex data into simple, actionable stories.
• Domain experience in GameDev, Fintech, or iGaming companies; familiarity with the Steam trade system and skins market (CS2, Dota2, Rust) is a plus.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field.
