What We’re Looking For

As Head of Affiliate and Partnerships you will build from scratch two new user acquisition channels and a new growth department within our growth marketing team. You will be the key driver for the strategy definition and execution of the new areas..

✨ The ideal profile:

  • Proven track record in scaling partnership and/or affiliate field. 5+ years in affiliate marketing or partnerships 
  • Growth Mindset: Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and proactive in testing new growth levers. 
  • Combination of strategic mindset with hands-on attitude: Ability to identify key growth levers and connect insights with execution. 
  • Project Leadership: Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with clear success metrics. 
  • Communication & Influence: Strong ability to align diverse stakeholders, internally and externally.

,[ Strategy & Ecosystem: Define and execute our affiliates and partnerships strategy, aligning with Welltech’s broader acquisition and growth goals. , Growth & Performance: Own KPIs for affiliates and partnerships, ensuring that revenue and ROI targets of the channel are met or exceeded. , Partner Development: Build and manage strategic, long-term relationships with affiliates and B2B partners, ensuring scalable and sustainable results. , Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UA, MarTech, Analytics, Creative, and Product teams to integrate partners into the growth funnel and optimize performance. , Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing partnerships team over time. , Market Leadership: Stay on top of trends in affiliate marketing, B2B partnerships, and acquisition channels, translating opportunities into actionable growth.  Requirements: Boost, Testing Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Training budget, Lunch card.
