Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the companys financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
  3. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
  6. Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting activities.
  7. Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor budgetary goals.
  8. Identify and assess financial risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  9. Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets.
  10. Cash Flow Management:
  11. Manage cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
  12. Optimize working capital and liquidity management.
  13. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Provide insights into key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  15. Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
  16. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  17. Relationship Management:
  18. Cultivate relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  19. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a senior finance role, with at least 7 years in a leadership position.
  3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial management best practices.
  4. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
