Head of Account Management

As the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding our strategic merchant relationships, ensuring Peratera remains a trusted payments partner for our clients worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive commercial outcomes and enhance customer success by:

  • Leading and nurturing relationships with key merchants to maximize revenue growth and retention
  • Representing Peratera at industry events and networking conferences, positioning us as a market leader
  • Proactively engaging merchants via email, LinkedIn, phone, and in‑person meetings—meeting and exceeding KPI targets
  • Supporting onboarding by overseeing the collection and pre‑screening of due diligence documentation
  • Partnering with the sales team to close major international deals and accelerate go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Providing strategic market insights and client‑driven feedback to guide product innovation and improve service delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven success in account management roles, consistently surpassing performance targets
  • Minimum 3 years in digital banking, payments, or fintech, ideally within cross‑border payments
  • Experience working with iGaming merchant portfolios is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with leading CRM systems and strong analytical skills in sales metrics and pipeline reporting
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented leader who excels at removing blockers, influencing stakeholders, and driving results
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on commercial focus – passionate about building strong merchant partnerships and closing high‑value opportunities
