Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international clients. We are looking for people with prior experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) or healthcare organizations (HCOs), who want to transition into a back‑office role. This position focuses on leading a team that manages contracts and supports administrative processes for healthcare professionals and stakeholders – without client visits or sales responsibilities.
Your future role
- Lead, mentor and supervise team members in HCP engagement operations.
- Maximize operational effectiveness, optimize workflows, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet SLAs.
- Oversee HCP contracting, onboarding, FMV/tiering assessments, and payment processes.
- Ensure that all operational procedures are documented and standardized.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and efficiency, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support HCP/HCO activities.
Apply if you have
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HCP operations, compliance, or pharmaceutical industry support.
- Prior experience managing a team or leading operational processes.
- Strong understanding of HCP compliance requirements (FMV, Sunshine Act, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HCP engagement systems and reporting tools.
