Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of HCP engagements, ensuring all activities are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with internal and external requirements.
  • Oversee timely and compliant HCP payments, including invoice validation, issue resolution, and payment tracking using systems such as Coupa / Candex.
  • Support the preparation, routing, and monitoring of HCP agreements, ensuring alignment with Legal, Compliance, and Fair Market Value principles.
  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records within engagement and compliance systems (e.g., MedCompli), ensuring transparency and adherence to internal SOPs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HCPs, providing clear guidance, proactive communication, and a high‑quality customer experience throughout the engagement journey.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders – including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, and Finance – to forecast engagement needs and support operational requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance the HCP experience, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Support reporting activities, KPI tracking, and quarterly business reviews by ensuring complete and accurate data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a coordination, financial operations, customer operations, or similar support role.
  • Strong experience with payment processes and invoice handling, including issue resolution with finance or vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a global, fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling contracts or supporting contract workflows.
  • Experience with systems such as Coupa, Candex, MedCompli, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or related workflow tools.
  • Exposure to Medical Affairs, Global Product Strategy, or professional services coordination.
  • Understanding of transparency, FMV, or compliance‑related processes (trainable for strong candidates).
