We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join a dynamic, global company in the industrial automation sector. Our client is a leader in developing advanced software and hardware solutions, collaborating closely with key industries such as defense, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.The client’s office, located in southern Poland, is known for competing with its branches in the United States, focusing on innovative projects and developing cutting-edge prototypes.

Hardware Engineer (PCB Design)

Key responsibilities

• Work in versatile team to maintain and develop Rockwell Automation products,
• Develop of hardware – working with schematic and PCB,
• Monitor and mitigate component obsolescence,
• Respond to product hardware anomalies to ensure a high-quality and robust design,
• You will verify products design regarding finding of cost reduction or quality improvements,
• You will be reponsible for product testing, articipate in validation and verification process.

Ideal candidate profile

• Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar related technical discipline,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware development (preferable Power Supply designs),
• Familiarity with PCB development (preferable with expertise in high-speed digital design or power circuits, which contain: microcontrollers, DDR memories, Ethernet, ASICs, FPGAs, Buck converters, Flyback converters),
• Knowledge of Power Supply topologies,
• Experience developing electronic hardware systems. Desired knowledge of certification requirements, such as UL, CE, or IEC 61010,
• Experience with electronic hardware design tools such as schematic capture (Mentor Graphics or similar), PCB design, timing analysis, and signal integrity (HyperLynx or similar),
• Good knowledge about electronic components and circuits.

• Working model: Onsite or Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

• Salary: 130 - 140 PLN PLN net/h
