We are looking for an experienced Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with strong expertise in multilayer PCB design for digital and analog circuits. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in microcontroller‑based systems, EMI/EMC compliance, and CAD/simulation tools. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and verify multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs), with emphasis on cost‑efficiency, high reliability, and suitability for high‑volume manufacturing.
- Create comprehensive design and production documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and electrical specifications.
- Perform circuit calculations and simulations as required to support robust PCB development.
- Collaborate with both local and remote engineering teams to ensure alignment across design activities.
- Actively participate in peer design reviews to maintain high‑quality design standards.
- Adhere to the established Electrical Design Process and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company assets.
- Deliver assigned tasks on time and in full compliance with the company’s quality systems and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in PCB design for both digital and analog circuits, especially those involving microcontrollers, medium power analog components, and signal measurement circuits.
- Hands‑on experience with EMI/EMC‑compliant PCB design.
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design principles.
- Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools used in PCB development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective team collaboration skills.
- Detail‑oriented and self‑driven, with a strong commitment to quality and innovation.
