Hardware Developer Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting, technological projects on the market. For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Hardware Developer.
Our client holds a leading position as a technology company innovating at the intersection of disruptive trends in the automotive industry. They use their portfolio of technologies to make vehicles safer, greener, and more connected and enable the future of mobility.
Work mode:
Kraków, hybrid – 3 days at the office 
Compensation: 95 - 115 PLN/h net (+ VAT) 
Contract type:B2B, through Hays Poland 
English: B2Polish: C1 or nativeTechnology stack: CAN, Mentor Expedition designer, LT spice
Responsibility:

• involvement in the laboratory, i.e. taking measurements 
• cooperation with other technology departments in the field of the project
• designing and testing digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement

Must have skills:Mininum 5 Sears of experience in a similar position

• Ability to operate basic measuring instruments
• Create design documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.)
• Experience in designing and testing digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement
• Circuit calculations and simulations, validation and tests of prototypes.
• In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design
• Ability to use CAD design and simulation tools

Nice to have skills

• Basics of C nice to have, python. Knowledge on Jira tool for task management
• Knowledge on CAN/LIN and Automotive Ethernet communication interfaces
• Knowledge and experience on designing power supply blocks
• Experience using Mentor Expedition tool for schematic design
• Experience in electronics design for EMI/EMC compliance

Project descriptionOpen Server Platform for Active Safety. Platform is including main ECU controller which is controlling external devices (radars, cameras, ultrasonic sensors etc.). The main function of this platform is designed for Active Safety, supporting the driver and improving safety. Phase is beginning of the project, working on preparation for the next sample schematics.
