Hardware & Systems Reliability Engineer

Your responsibilities

  • Assembling, installing, and integrating optical, electronic, and electrical systems.
  • Designing and executing testing, verification, and acceptance procedures for production and field deployment.
  • Diagnosing failures, performing maintenance, and repairs on deployed systems.
  • Failure analysis (FMEA, RCA) and reliability improvements based on service and operational data.
  • Participating in design reviews with R&D to ensure reliability, robustness, and maintainability of systems.
  • Supporting field deployments, servicing, and system acceptance testing at customer sites.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, service engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Physics, or similar).
  • Very good knowledge of electronics and electrical systems; basics of industrial automation.
  • Hands-on mindset and willingness to work in production and field environments.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Practical knowledge of FMEA and RCA methodologies.
  • Understanding of reliability theory and KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability).
  • Valid SEP electrical qualification up to 1 kV.
  • Driving License (cat. B).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical environment (level B2+).

Optional

  • Experience with optical systems, sensors, or precision instrumentation.
  • Interest in Space technologies and Astronomy.

  • Gross salary: 8,000–12,000 PLN (UoP) or 62,00–93,00 PLN/h (B2B), depending on experience and skills.
