Hardware & Systems Reliability Engineer

• Assembling, installing, and integrating optical, electronic, and electrical systems.
• Designing and executing testing, verification, and acceptance procedures for production and field deployment.
• Diagnosing failures, performing maintenance, and repairs on deployed systems.
• Failure analysis (FMEA, RCA) and reliability improvements based on service and operational data.
• Participating in design reviews with R&D to ensure reliability, robustness, and maintainability of systems.
• Supporting field deployments, servicing, and system acceptance testing at customer sites.

• On-site work across our locations in Bydgoszcz and Zielonka (near Bydgoszcz) with field deployments.
• Employment contract or B2B contract - both options are available.
• Gross salary: 8,000–12,000 PLN (UoP) or 62,00–93,00 PLN/h (B2B), depending on experience and skills.

We’re looking for a Hardware & Systems Reliability Engineer to take ownership of the stability, uptime and long-term reliability of our optical and electronic systems deployed in robotic observatories worldwide.

In this role, you will ensure that our hardware systems operate reliably in real-world environments and continuously improve their robustness, availability and serviceability.
