MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.* Formal leadership/management training.* 15-20+ years in senior leadership, service delivery, and stakeholder management type roles.* Proven experience setting up and maturing multi-functional, digital capability centres in Poland or similar markets.* Leadership experience from functional roles outside of a capability centre environment.* Global experience with diverse teams and stakeholders.* CPG/FMCG experience is preferred.* Poland in-country experience is essential.* Strong operational planning and organizational skills.* Ability to work in a matrixed environment.* On-ground leadership and influence - must be able to lead and drive performance through influencing.* Talent attraction, motivation, and development.* Transition management and delivery.* Proven track record of Continuous Improvement and Lean practices.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Budget management and resource optimization.
