Recruitment process:
HR Interview – 20 minutes
Technical Interview – 30 minutes
Client Interview (Final) – 1 hour
- Min +3 years of experience as a software Mid Guidewire developer
- Commercial experience with Guidewire, especially ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or Integrations
- Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
- Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
- Openness to occasional travel
- Availability to work full-time

,[Implement and configure Guidewire modules, primarily PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter or Integrations, Review and write code (Java/Guidewire), ensure test coverage and code quality., Integrate Guidewire with external systems, Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices, Support recruitment efforts for technical team members, Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter) Requirements: Guidewire, REST API, SOAP, Gosu, CI/CD, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Integrations Tools: GIT, Agile. Additionally: International projects, Flat structure.
