THE WORK:
Drive digital transformations by creating technological solutions that will redefine the approach to the insurance sector and positively impact our client’s experiences.
Implement and integrate Insurance platforms like Guidewire , to ensure they are well-integrated into clients’ existing systems and optimally configured to meet their specific needs.
Develop innovative solutions in areas such as Claims, Underwriting by brainstorming and using advanced technologies, such as AI (artificial intelligence).
Provide strategic advice to navigate the digital landscape and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Bring together the best of Accenture Insurance and Technology knowledge to drive new demand, strengthen positioning, and accelerate project delivery.
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
You have hands-on experience as a Guidewire BA? Great! You have experience as a Functional Architect? Fabulous! You have experience as a Workstream Lead? Fantastic!
At least 1 year of Financial Services, Insurance, or consulting experience.
University degree in a job-related field or backed with strong industry-relevant experience.
Working knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite.
Project management or business analysis skills, ideally backed with a recognized certification (PSM I, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2).
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required.
Good level of other foreign languages would be a strong asset, but not a must.
