Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

In the Insurance Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe team, you’ll work with key industry players, guiding clients through digital transformation and leading business‑process optimization for insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
- Be part of business transformation projects, creating solutions that will redefine claim services and positively impact client experiences.
- Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver state of the art solutions.
- Advise insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using a forward‑thinking mindset.
- Support clients in digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams.
- Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data‑driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter solution, preferably confirmed by relevant certification.
- Experience related to IT systems implementation including systems integration, data migration, digital solutions, AI and automation is an asset.
- Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in ClaimCenter implementation projects.
- Strong communicator with fluency in English.
- Proactive leadership, ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues.
- Digitally savvy, forward‑thinking, growth‑driven with good time‑management skills and able to manage multiple commitments simultaneously.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Knowledge and certification in any insurance platform such as Guidewire, Salesforce, EIS etc.
- Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish or other European languages.
