As a Guidewire Claim Center Engineer for Baloise Solution Hub, you are working with the Team based in Switzerland.The first project will be the launch of a new claims management system. You are part of the initial project team, which is setting up ClaimCenter from scratch and bringing it live. You leverage your configuration and integration skills to customize ClaimCenter You take out what’s best from Guidewire to improve and digitalize the claims processes of Baloise You work in an agile environment, in a cross-functional scrum teams You interact (in English) with people from Switzerland (Basel) and Poland Your ideal background and skillset You have at least six years of relevant work experience with software development, specifically working with JVM based languages Experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter You have worked in an agile environment You like to share and spread your knowledge Experience in other Insurance Domain is an advantage What you can expect from us: Opportunity to build something impactful from scratch and bring it live Common-sense decision making and approachable business stakeholders Medium-sized project (40 people) with real human interaction Attractive benefits include 30 days of vacation, additional benefit and development budget, and a medical package with a dentist (Benefits will vary based on the contract type) Possibility to work remotely for the majority of the time, with an option to use a modern office space in the heart of Warsaw, and there are occasional travels (once per quarter at least) Recruitment overview : 30min with recruiter 1 hours with Organization's Lead 1 hour with Project Manager & Project Architect
