responsibilities :
Conduct business analysis and gather, define, and document requirements
Co-design and enhance applications tailored to client needs in financial markets
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and testers during implementation and deployment
Support testing processes and validate delivered solutions
Prepare system documentation using UML and BPMN
Work closely with client teams and stakeholders in an international setup
Contribute to projects following Agile / Scrum methodologies
requirements-expected :
Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (must-have)
Experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner / SME in insurance or IT environments
Strong understanding of insurance domain / financial services
Experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution design
Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and Agile methodologies
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good command of English (min. B2) and Polish (required)
Solid knowledge of MS Excel
