The Role

We are seeking a (Growing Solutions) HR Project Lead to drive and execute key HR initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and support strategic goals. This role manages a portfolio of HR projects and change initiatives, ensuring successful planning, execution, and adoption across the division. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into impactful HR solutions while aligning with global HR practices and standards.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner to the VP, HRBP in driving the HR agenda across the division.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of HR projects, including planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of post-merger HR integration activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Monitor progress against integration milestones, identify risks or roadblocks, and drive resolution in collaboration with relevant HR and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Design and implement change management plans to support HR initiatives and organisational shifts.
  • Develop communication and engagement strategies to ensure successful adoption of new programs, policies, and processes.
  • Support the execution of HR operating rhythms, including talent reviews, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations and briefing materials for leadership forums.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with global frameworks and standards.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, including roles as HR Manager, organisational development, or HR project management.
  • Proven experience in managing complex HR projects and post-merger integration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and business acumen.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset.
