Head of Sales – Eastern Europe, OVHcloud

As of the beginning of November 2025, Grzegorz Soczewka has taken on the position of Head of Sales responsible for commercial operations in the Eastern Europe region at OVHcloud. The company is a global player in the cloud computing market and a European leader in the sector.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the “Go-To-Market, Be Ahead” strategy to build the offering of a European cloud provider.
  • Develop the partner program and expand into AI, fintech, public administration, and Industry 4.0 segments.
  • Strengthen the company’s overall cloud offering and support the sales channel.
  • Enhance partnerships with clients, positioning OVHcloud as a European cloud provider that combines data sovereignty with the power of AI.
  • Focus on developing an ecosystem that connects customers, partners, and sales teams, ensuring every interaction translates into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Over 20 years of experience in sales, IT, cloud services, and business development.
  • Specializes in managing sales structures, driving international expansion, and building long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Experienced with the practical application of artificial intelligence in business, including process automation and AI‑driven sales models.
  • Combines technological innovation with real organizational needs to deliver measurable financial results and competitive advantages.
  • Hold degrees in finance, accounting, management, and marketing.
  • Completed a postgraduate MBA at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), focusing on strategic management and organizational development.
