XYZ is a place where players can compete, improve, and actually win at games they truly enjoy. We’re building a skill-based mobile gaming platform with multiplayer gameplay, social tournaments, and real-money competition — all within one ecosystem.

The product is currently in development, and we’re building our marketing from the ground up. This gives us a lot of room to test, experiment, and have a real impact on how growth is shaped.

We’re looking for someone who has been through the 0→1 marketing journey before, is comfortable working iteratively, and thrives in a startup environment. We test hypotheses, measure outcomes, learn fast, and adapt quickly to market changes and business opportunities — that’s the mindset we’re after.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • planning, launching, and optimizing UA campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google (plus testing new channels)
  • managing budgets and scaling based on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period
  • designing and running A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and formats
  • using AI tools to rapidly create and iterate on ad creatives
  • analyzing performance data (e.g. AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Looker)
  • working closely with the product team on retention, cohorts, and LTV
  • owning the growth and social strategy across X, TikTok, and emerging platforms

Were Looking for Someone With

  • has hands-on experience in app / performance marketing
  • has worked on early-stage or scaling products
  • understands the full funnel: install → activation → retention → revenue
  • makes decisions based on data and real performance metrics
  • understands the limitations of marketing in regulated industries (e.g. iGaming) and can find creative ways to work within them
  • balances creativity with strong organization and systems
  • is comfortable moving fast, testing often, and iterating continuously

During the interview, we care about real examples

  • what campaigns you’ve run and at what budgets
  • which metrics mattered most (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPC)
  • What optimization decisions you made and what results they delivered
