Growth Partner – Domestic Freight Solutions (Business Development Manager)

• Min. 3 years of experience in sales of domestic freight forwarding services (must-have)
• Solid grasp of logistics operations in terms of transport solution and cost structures
• Familiarity with the domestic transport market and key players
• Project management skills and hands-on approach
• English at B2 level or higher – you’ll work with international contacts too
• Higher education (preferably in transport, logistics, or business)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

• What success looks like:
• Generating new business in line with the objectives in the transport department
• Building a solid base of recurring clients
• Driving profitable sales through creative offer-building
• Acting as a true growth partner, not just a seller
