Role & Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Optimization (30%): Utilize data analytics to refine and optimize existing monetization initiatives, focusing on sustainable growth.
• Market Research (20%): Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth hacking.
• Team Collaboration (10%): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of monetization strategies with the company’s goals.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field, with specific experience in monetization strategies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative team player.
• Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not essential with relevant experience.
