In this role, you will:
- Be a driver of experiments aimed at improving key business metrics — CAC, LTV, and Retention;
- Lead the planning and implementation of cross‑functional projects in close collaboration with marketing, design, and engineering teams;
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to shape and validate user acquisition strategies;
- Be responsible for the tactics behind marketing funnels and email campaigns, improving the effectiveness of conversion and monetization tests;
- Develop, test, and optimize the user marketing journey based on a deep understanding of customer needs (jobs/pains/gains) and key metrics;
- Make data‑driven decisions based on user behavior and performance metrics — and take ownership of the results.
What is important to us:
- 3+ years of experience in a product tech company in marketing or product roles, or 5+ years of commercial experience in other industries (experience in FMCG/BIG‑4/Investment Banking is a plus);
- Proven achievements in fast‑paced, high‑uncertainty roles with accountability for outcomes;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to make data‑driven decisions, analyze large datasets, and draw actionable insights;
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, defend your point of view with sound reasoning, and make independent decisions;
- Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses based on competitor analysis, personal insights, and business priorities — along with a willingness to experiment;
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with feedback loops;
- English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.
Bonus points for:
- Deep domain expertise in one of the following areas: Growth, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Content;
- Experience with subscription‑based monetization models and performance‑first marketing;
- Experience with launch and analysis of A/B tests in marketing and product;
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau/Looker and Amplitude; SQL and Python experience is an additional plus;
- Experience in the management of cross‑functional teams;
- Previous entrepreneurial experience.
