We are looking for a person to fill the position:
IT Support
Key responsibilities:
- managing IT onboarding process,
- procure needed IT Hardware (laptops, accessories),
- perform compliance support for IT controls,
- managing local ERP system user accounts,
- to provide live broadcast, audio and video services support at all events and meetings to be held outside the office,
- collaborating with 3rd party service provider for printing systems,
- managing IT Hardware assets,
- compliance/security projects,
- supporting users with ticket creation and way of working with Third party supplier.
Skill requirements:
- to be a member of the teams that provide end-user support for at least 2 years,
- high level experience of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products,
- exceptional end user support service skills with a problem-solving attitude,
- multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,
- able to troubleshoot a large variety of technical issues,
- experience in remote support,
- advanced knowledge of the following: O365, macOS, IOS and android, peripherals unit management, wiring, printing techs, audio-visual systems,
- fluent in Polish and English.
