Responsibilities and Tasks
- Responsibility for the outsourcing management of Universal-Investment Gesellschaft mbH as part of the 2nd Line of Defense
- Supporting coordination of new Group Services
- Liaising with regulated entities and outsourcing teams at UI group to prefill relevant document and assessments
- Review and document assessment results
- Tracking outsourcing controlling phases (Target Operating Model) on new services in the
- Administration of the DORA Register of Information
Skills and Experience
- First experience in Outsourcing Management/Controlling or Risk Management/Controlling
- Knowledge of European and regulatory environment and implications including DORA.
- Structured, analytical and conceptual working methods
- High problem‑solving skills, very good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Very good verbal and written English language skills, German language skills are nice to have
