Group Risk Manager

• Leads the identification, communication, measurement and management of company – wide risks.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks. Develop custom–make risk management processes as per the current standing of the company keeping in mind its future variations.
• Identify and assess risks across various departments and functions within the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyses to determine the potential impact and likelihood of risks.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.
• Communicate risk-related information and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management principles and practices.
• Mentor and lead senior management and stakeholders by providing guidance and advice on legal and financial risk management.
• Prepare and present reports on risk management activities and outcomes, incident reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Supports insurance procurement and claims related teams.
