responsibilities :


  • HRIS Implementation and Maintenance: Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Stock’s HRIS
  • System Testing: Lead or support testing execution and scenario creation for new system implementations or upgrades
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency
  • User Support: Provide training and support to staff and other users on HRIS functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Project Support: Participate in HR projects, including HRIS implementation, business transformation, and process standardization

requirements-expected :


  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in analytics, system implementation, or similar roles
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and quality, with solid quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in information system implementation, especially in testing execution and scenario creation – is an advantage
  • SQL proficiency – is an advantage
