The Group Process Specialist - CVMD is the support party for the Group Process Owner - CVMD, supporting to setup governance around CVMD processes and ensuring consistently high data quality of Customers, Vendors, and Bank master data, to pre-defined targets.
Your responsibilities:
- Documentation:
- Create, implement & maintain standards, processes, data dictionaries, and other documentation around Customers, Vendors, and Bank data.
- Identify, plan, and mitigate risks to CVMD processes.
- Data Quality Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Define, create, and implement qualitative and quantitative measures/tools to proactively manage data quality of Customers, Vendors, and Bank data.
- Identify/analyze root causes that result in lower data quality and swiftly implement long-term corrective actions .
- Education & Training:
- Conduct training sessions in countries & ISSC to ensure CVMD governance is followed.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Conduct ISSC audits to ensure CVMD governance is followed and utilize findings to create an improvement pipeline and systematically implement improvements.
- Periodically review Customer & Vendor Master Data (CVMD) and bank processes and implement improvements.
- Maintain lessons learnt and utilize findings to create an improvement pipeline and systematically implement improvements.
- Collaborate with other GPO/Ss to drive efficiency and streamline processes.
Our requirements:
- Must have experience with Customer, Vendor, and Bank master data management processes.
- Experience with Process management - mapping, descriptions, improvement.
- Experience working abroad and within a corporate environment.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Experience in project coordination, Lean, Six Sigma is an advantage.
- English fluency (advanced level).
- Microsoft Office, especially Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint. MS Project is an advantage.
- In addition, experience with PBI, Jira, SharePoint, SAP suite, especially SAP MDG is an advantage.
