Your tasks:
- developing and implementing a comprehensive performance management framework, which includes organising workshops with national teams to analyse and optimise processes,
- collaborating with national stakeholders to create a detailed catalogue of measures and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively monitor and enhance performance management activities,
- driving cost optimisation initiatives and strategies aimed at increasing profitability across the group,
- conducting regular analyses of KPI reports, measures, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives,
- carrying out ad-hoc evaluations and analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning,
- leading the planning and execution of various projects within the controlling domain, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with overall business strategy,
- youll be partnering with Group senior management, Board Members, team members closely with our stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- educational background: possession of a degree in: Economy, Business Administration with a specialization in Controlling and/or Finance, CIMA or ACCA qualification will be an advantage,
- professional experience: several years (5) of demonstrated expertise in the relevant field, with a strong passion for analysing and designing processes and reports,
- financial acumen: exceptional knowledge in cost analysis and process optimisation, complemented by a solid understanding of general finance and accounting principles,
- IT proficiency: a strong affinity for information technology, with a keen interest in contributing to the enhancement and development of systems,
- language skills: excellent proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken, German will be an advantage,
- personal attributes: being a responsible and proactive individual who exhibits analytical thinking and operates in a goal-oriented manner, consistently driven towards achieving results.
