Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the outsourcing management of Universal-Investment Gesellschaft mbH as part of the 2nd Line of Defense
• Supporting coordination of new Group Services
• Liaising with regulated entities and outsourcing teams at UI group to prefill relevant documents and assessments
• Review and document assessment results
• Tracking outsourcing controlling phases (Target Operating Model) on new services
• Administration of the DORA Register of Information

Your skills and experience:

• First experience in Outsourcing Management/Controlling or Risk Management/Controlling
• Knowledge of European and regulatory environment and implications including DORA.
• Structured, analytical and conceptual working methods
• High problem‑solving skills, very good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Very good verbal and written English language skills, German language skills are nice to have
