We are seeking a visionary and experienced Leader to join our AI Center. In this key role, you will lead a team of talented Scientists and Engineers, driving groundbreaking AI solutions. We are looking for a leader who combines a deep passion for cutting-edge research with the ability to manage complex projects and inspire innovation within the team.
responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of AI Researchers and AI Engineers, plan research projects, and define the strategic direction of the team.
Develop innovative AI algorithms and solutions in areas of: Knowledge and Reasoning, Safety and Alignment, Context and Coherence.
Collaborate closely with company leadership to align research activities with organizational goals and business strategy.
Write and oversee the publication process and represent the AI Center at top scientific conferences.
Build and maintain relationships with academic and research partners, while staying up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and trends.
Mentor researchers or contribute to the intellectual growth of the research team.
Actively monitor and contribute to the latest developments and trends in AI research, integrating state-of-the-art advancements into research practices.
requirements-expected :
PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in AI research, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
A strong track record of participation in leading research projects.
Excellent scientific writing skills, with a track record of publications in reputable venues.
Deep expertise in AI algorithms and machine learning technologies, with hands-on experience using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, C++) and experience working with large datasets.
Proven leadership abilities, with excellent organizational skills and the capacity to motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to a wide audience.
