About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong

to act as a strategic finance business partner to the Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This role plays a critical part in driving pricing and margin analysis, supporting portfolio strategy, and delivering actionable insights across the Group’s commercial performance.

You will be responsible for planning, reporting, and analyzing sales and customer performance, while also leading key projects that enhance financial visibility and decision-making.

• Partner with business units to deliver results in line with plan (sales, GM, EBITDA), and drive corrective actions where needed
• Lead portfolio and investment strategy analysis, including capital allocation
• Own planning, reporting, and performance analysis of sales by BU, channel, and customer
• Support pricing negotiations and contribute to pricing strategy development
• Drive and lead cost and margin improvement initiatives
• Act as finance business partner for corporate accounts and multi-BU customers, providing customer P&L and deal support
• Support CRM pipeline management, conversion tracking, and financial analysis of key opportunities
• Contribute to working capital improvement initiatives
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and support strategic projects (e.g., PVM via Nexus)

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong commercial orientation
• Solid background in controlling, FP&A, accounting, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SAP, and data lakes
• Proven project management capabilities
• Proactive, collaborative, and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Natural leader and team player, able to connect across functions and cultures
