This is a global role where you will collaborate closely with international stakeholders across multiple countries and business units. You will act as a financial voice in global discussions, ensuring that strategic decisions are backed by sound analysis and aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.

This role goes beyond reporting — its about being a true finance business partner and actively contributing to strategic initiatives. What tasks are waiting for you?
- Lead monthly financial closing processes for global operations, including consolidation, analysis, and timely communication of results.
- Prepare regular financial reports and detailed performance analyses, including cost analysis and variance tracking.
- Act as a finance partner to senior leadership in strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing profitability and growth.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to drive global cost-reduction initiatives and support business case development.
- Lead the global budgeting process for the global customs and service organization.
- Prepare reports and financial analyses for the company with focus on production cost.
- Support capacity planning and output analysis to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
It would be great if you
- Have a university degree, preferably in economics.
- Have at least five years of experience in a similar position.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Possess highly developed analytical and communication skills, demonstrate proactivity and ability to work in a team.
- Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organize your own work and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Are willing to expand your knowledge and open for sharing professional experience.
- Are ready to travel on business trips between 5-15 days per year.
