maintaining, monitoring and optimizing the SAP BCS/4HANA consolidation platform, including data loads logics, processing chains, controlling and reporting structures
supporting quarterly and annual Group Reporting cycles according with IFRS, Solvency II, ESG, ensuring data quality, reconciliation and timely issue resolution
analyzing and resolving incidents, defects and performance issues in cooperation with the finance, IT and reporting teams as well as ensuring continuous system stability
implementing changes, enhancements and configuration updates based on business requirements, system evolution or regulatory changes
collaborating in projects and upgrades such as BCS/4HANA enhancements, source system integrations, interface redesign, providing expert input and test support
preparing documentation, delivering user support
developing and conducting trainings
requirements-expected :
fluency in English
university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Mathematics or comparable field
3+years of professional experience in implementation, maintaining and enhancing SAP BCS/4HANA or SAP SEM‑BCS, SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA
knowledge of Group Reporting in accordance with IFRS, Solvency II, ESG, financial close processes and master data structures
experience in IT/Finance projects, migrations, enhancements or system conversions
strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
good analytical skills, independent, and results-oriented approach to work
confident use of Microsoft Office products
