Group Accounting Data Specialist | f/m/d

ERGO Technology & Services is searching for a Group Accounting Data Specialist who will be responsible for maintenance and further development of our Group consolidation system.

Location & Salary

Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland – Salary PLN80,000.00‑PLN130,000.00 (Full‑time)

How you will get the job done

• Collaborating in the design, definition, and implementation of a Group‑wide reporting solution for IFRS, Solvency II, ESG and GloBE reporting; in particular, technical design, definition, and implementation of new requirements for a Group consolidation system
• Developing the necessary data model, chart of accounts, and validation concept
• Maintaining, updating and supporting the internally developed tax reporting tool
• Maintaining and developing the authorization concepts
• Acting as an integrative link between requesters, customizers, and IT
• Developing and conducting trainings

Skills and experience you will need

• Fluency in English
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Mathematics or similar field
• 5+ years of professional experience in the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the SAP SEM‑BCS application or similar consolidation applications
• Knowledge of Group Accounting in accordance with IFRS and Solvency II desirable
• Comprehensive understanding of the processes required for the efficient maintenance of a system for preparing consolidated financial statements and reporting solutions
• Independent, results‑oriented approach to work and an ability to work well in a team, strong analytical skills, and willingness to learn new things
• Confident use of Microsoft Office products
