Tasks

• Analyse and evaluate Grid Code requirements and standards; perform, evaluate, and document Grid Code compliance tests.
• Translate Grid Code requirements into the software development process by abstracting software requirements and test cases; participate as an agile team member.
• Develop internal product specifications for Grid Code compliance.
• Support Grid Code compliance and grid connection during Sales and Project phases.
• Define test plans for Grid Code compliance and quality assurance at wind farm, wind turbine, and component levels.
• Maintain a clear understanding of Nordex product capabilities to assess Grid Code compliance.
• Optimise processes within Grid Code compliance.
• Provide client support during Grid Code compliance testing and reporting.

Profile

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems or a related field.
• Experience with Grid Code requirements.
• Good knowledge of Grid Code compliance at power plant level and software details; ideally from experience with a wind turbine OEM.
• Programming experience in Python or similar for test analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of IEC104/DNP3/Modbus protocols and PLC signal exchange.
• Self‑responsible, structured, and customer‑ and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Valid driver licence.
