administrating and maintaining the Tax Compliance Management System in ServiceNow, in particular the risks and controls created in the system and the associated roles (Risk/Control Owner and Risk/Assessment Respondents)
preparing and implementing training courses for system users to ensure adequate risk assessments and control attestations as part of the annual Tax CMS reporting
reviewing risk assessments and control attestations in ServiceNow
performing random checks and audits based on the Group Tax Compliance Policy and the Tax CMS Assurance Concept
further developing the training concept in ServiceNow and preparing reports on tax compliance violations
implementing and supporting the Tax CMS internationally
requirements-expected :
advanced level of English (B2/C1)
University degree in a relevant field
professional experience in risk management, IT security, compliance, or auditing
technical know-how, ideally experience with GRC software (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer)
basic knowledge of tax law is desirable (training as a tax advisor is not required)
strong process-oriented thinking and structured approach to work
analytical thinking, assertiveness, and a high degree of initiative and independence
