Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation of OneTrust, TEF GRC Tool.
2. Coordinate with internal SPOCs (about 10-15 people).
3. Collect and streamline documented processes, questionnaires, dashboards, etc.
4. Track received information and create templates and specifications.
5. Review, cross-check, and upload data in the tool for testing, highlighting any anomalies.
6. Assist in the creation of TEF training materials for OneTrust.
7. Learn to use OneTrust during and after the project.

Qualifications

1. Security (Governance, Risk, Compliance) background.
2. GRC Tool implementation experience (OneTrust or other).
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
4. English min. B2+/C1 (ability to communicate in an international environment).
5. Good communication and organizational skills.
6. Detail-oriented.
7. Ability to connect the dots and understand security concepts.

Additional Information

3. Rate:up to 270 PLN/h net + vat ;
4. Project length:6 months with the possibility of extension.
