• Lead IT Risk and Compliance initiatives, managing Audit and Risk Management programs.
• Build and maintain a robust GRC framework, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
• Manage audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Implement and manage GRC operations, with a focus on Alyne GRC tools.
• Facilitate solution workshops and oversee high-level documentation.

• Experience: 12+ years in IT GRC, with 5+ years in Alyne GRC.
• Language: Fluency in German (C1).
• Skills: Proficiency in GRC tools, especially Alyne GRC, and cloud compliance.
• Certifications: Alyne GRC certification required; additional certifications like ISO 27001 or CISA are desirable.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
