Our flexible-first environment fosters productivity, inclusion, collaboration, and ensures a consistent employee experience regardless of location. : GRC & Business Resilience Associate Manager Theis responsible forassisting in the execution of frameworks and processes to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies with a strong emphasis on compliance with global operational resilience regulations such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and similar laws. The Associate Manager will work collaboratively across departments to integrate governance and business resiliency practices into operational processes and provide tactical support for compliance and risk management efforts. GRC & Business Resilience Associate Manager at Duck Creek Technologies supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of governance, compliance, and business resiliency initiatives. This role focuses on Research and stay informed about evolving compliance and governance requirements, providing summarized insights to senior team members. Help develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in alignment with enterprise risk and regulatory requirements. Assist in evaluating third-party vendors to ensure their readiness and alignment with Duck Creek’s business resiliency objectives, focusing on their ability to support critical operations during disruptions. Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional 4+ years of applicable experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or business resiliency; or equivalent additional years of experience. Basic understanding of governance frameworks and business resiliency program requirements including global regulations such as DORA and their impact on business operations. Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional projects and align operational tasks with compliance objectives.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS:** Experience supporting business resiliency or continuity planning initiatives preferred. Familiarity with third-party risk management processes and vendor assessments from a resiliency perspective preferred. Foundational knowledge of governance, compliance, privacy, and business resiliency principles, including risk management frameworks, policy development, and regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, and organizational resilience practices, with the ability to assess impacts and implement strategies that ensure operational continuity during disruptions. Strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify gaps, and support the design and implementation of effective governance, compliance, and business resilience solutions. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document processes, convey findings, and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, build partnerships, and foster a collaborative approach to achieving governance and resiliency objectives. Strong organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness in governance and resiliency processes.
