We’re looking for someone who can create eye-catching reels, stylish grids, awesome stories, and occasionally design ads or landing pages.

What type of people are we looking for?

• Creative and digitally-savvy, with a good eye for design.
• Up-to-date with social media trends on TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Able to create eye-catching reels, stylish grids, and engaging stories.
• Experienced with ads, animations, and short video content.
• Enjoys experimenting online and producing own content (UGC, personal IG/TT projects).
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and social media skills.

What skills and experience are crucial for us?

• Designing digital materials, primarily social media content, ads, and landing pages.
• Creating simple animations and editing short videos.
• Transferring Key Visuals to Figma and adjusting designs according to UX guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and UX teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and social media skills – a must.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Understanding current social media trends and formats.

And it’s not the end! Here’s what you can expect from us:

• 80 PLN/hour gross (negotiable, depends on agreement).
• Minimum 30 hours per month – flexible, ad hoc collaboration, with quick responses when needed.
• Choice of contract: B2B or mandate agreement (UZ)
