Job Description

What Youll Do:

We are looking for a talented person who is passionate about designing all kinds of marketing materials related to games. You will work in close collaboration with our development teams based in Kraków and marketing and commercial teams based in Malta to create outstanding visuals promoting Yggdrasil games.

The perfect candidate needs to have experience in creating compelling visual content that attracts and engages players, contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns in the gaming industry.

Heres an overview of the key responsibilities and skills typically associated with the role of the Graphic Designer (Marketing):

• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, social media graphics, website visuals, gameplay videos, promo videos, and promotional content for games.
• Develop creative concepts and artwork for game launches, updates, and events.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in design across various platforms and marketing channels.
• Work closely with marketing teams, game developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques in the gaming industry.
• Analyze competitor designs and market trends to ensure the company’s marketing materials are cutting-edge and effective.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
