Graphic Designer at NATEK is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality visual materials that support NATEK marketing and communication efforts, both internal and external. These materials are used across digital and print channels, including websites, social media, internal documents, presentations, advertising materials (print and digital) and more.
A person on this position demonstrates both artistic talent and practical experience in corporate communication, with a passion for graphic design, content marketing, and digital media. S/he brings a strong portfolio demonstrating the development and implementation of cohesive visual campaigns, brand identity systems, and digital design projects, including web and interface design, ideally within a corporate or business context. The core function is to develop marketing materials and execute visual communication activities across the region, with a specific focus on digital channels and web-based solutions. NATEK graphic designer is a real a team player with a good eye for visual detail and excellent communication skills, and is able to collaborate with multiple departments in a dynamic, international environment. S/he works independently on a range of graphic design’s projects.
This role is essential to shaping and elevating NATEK brand presence as the Graphic Designer plays a key role in developing and maintaining visual standards across the company. The role offers the opportunity to grow in UI/UX design and gain hands-on experience in shaping our digital platforms.

responsibilities :
Design visual content for a wide range of purposes, including website elements, digital materials, presentations, social media, templates, videos, promotional materials, and more
Design and update website layouts, landing pages, and digital interfaces for internal tools (no coding required)
Act as a keeper of company visual identity and cohesion across all communication channels and maintaining brand aesthetics
Propose new design approaches and continuously improve the quality and consistency of visual assets
Cooperate with external partners (print houses, design agencies) as needed
Work closely with teams across all departments, ensuring clear and professional communication
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Support the team with ad-hoc graphic design requests
requirements-expected :
Minimum bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field
Proven experience with working with brand guidelines and designing websites
Understanding of UI/UX principles and motivation to develop skills in this area
Strong communication skills - able to clearly understand, interpret, and discuss visual ideas with colleagues across departments
Experience with brand guideline implementation
Fluency in English
Thorough understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, color theory and typography
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD or similar)
Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Motion design and drawing skills are a plus
Strong organizational skills and extraordinary attention to detail
Strong design vocabulary and ability to translate visual ideas into written language and vice versa
