Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Content Specialist experienced in digital, print, and social content projects from brief to completion. This role will provide new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with our client brand guidelines and will manage the day-to-day running of global/regional campaigns, working within specified timeframes. This role is part of the In-house Content Production Team based in Kraków, responsible for adaptation and localization of campaigns for our brands like Pepsi, Lay’s, Doritos, Mirinda, or Rockstar.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including digital & print and motion (not mandatory but nice to have).

Location Overview

Remote - Poland.

Responsibilities

1. Design pieces, including illustrations and infographics;
2. Collaborate with other designers to ensure high quality and consistency;
3. Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software;
4. Apply typography techniques;
5. Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services;
6. Increase user friendliness in digital products;
7. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects;
8. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met;
9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools;
10. Collaborate with Senior Creative Specialist/Creative Leads for other Teams to ensure proper consistency.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 6 years of experience, strong background in design (brand agency or in-house brand art/creative team) with a strong, focused experience in Graphic Design, Creative Work, and Brand Identities;
2. Proven work experience as a Graphic/Integrated Designer or similar role;
3. Portfolio of completed design projects (mandatory - applications without an updated portfolio will not be taken under consideration);
4. Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
5. Proficient in design software (e.g., InDesign);
6. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts;
7. Attention to visual details;
8. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;
9. Advanced English is a must;
10. BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
