About The Project
We are seeking an in‑house Designer to work closely with multiple departments – HR, the internal web and tools team, PR, and Business Development – to uphold and evolve our company’s visuals. This position will involve a broad range of responsibilities, which are outlined in detail below.
YOUR ROLE
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, and other visual assets.
- Create visuals for presentations, reports, and other corporate communications.
- Design product packaging and labels (T-shirts, hoodies, gifts packaging).
- Create visually appealing and user‑friendly websites and landing pages.
- Contribute to the design process from conception to final implementation, ensuring deliverables meet high standards for both aesthetics and usability.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., marketers, managers, developers, stakeholders) to define design requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Incorporate stakeholders’ feedback, usability findings into ongoing enhancements for an exceptional user experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in design (web, print, social media).
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including branding, visual design, web projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe CC.
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile usability.
- Experience working at a software service company.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design rationale and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- B2+ level of English.
