Design Team is a dynamic, multidisciplinary group of product designers, web designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and graphic designers. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior-Level Graphic Designer to join our team and help further shape Nord Security products. If you’re passionate about design, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love collaborating with a diverse team, keep reading.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop new and compelling design concepts for campaigns and top-tier marketing projects
• Work with different NordSecurity products
• Design a variety of creative assets for different marketing channels: website, video, social media, blog, mobile marketing, etc.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—project managers, stakeholders, country managers, designers, copywriters, and design leaders—to bring ideas to life
• Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards
• Stay on top of design trends, bringing fresh ideas to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence
• Contribute to the visual and creative direction by brainstorming, problem solving, and pitching new concepts
• Take ownership of projects: manage feedback, balance stakeholder needs, and deliver on time
• Mentor and inspire other designers on the team, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• A passion for design with an eagle eye for detail—you don’t miss a pixel
• A collaborative mindset—you thrive as part of a team, offering support and sharing ideas
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain and defend your design decisions
• Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills
• Comfort in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Please provide a link to your portfolio matching the role requirements, showcasing your most recent branding and campaign visuals, along with examples that highlight your skills in design tools.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience in working with and enhancing photographs, including photo editing and compositing skills
• Experience in producing high-quality illustrations to complement visual storytelling
• Familiarity with integrating AI image generative tools into your creative process to innovate and streamline workflows
• Understanding 3D visualization to push the boundaries of our visuals and bring would be a big plus
