As a Veovo Technical Consultant, you will be passionate about technology and how it can be utilised to deliver value-based outcomes for innovative airports globally. You will foster collaboration between Veovo and our airport subject matter experts, and across the wider airport stakeholder environment. Our team deploys and supports Veovo solutions across a diverse range of Airports in either traditional waterfall or modern agile environments. Performing a range of structured activities and following general technical support processes, you will provide a methodical and prescribed approach to problem identification and resolution.

Primarily you will provide the best customer experience by supporting Veovo solutions, offering technical expertise as required to resolve issues or complete airport queries and change requests.

Our solutions are built in a range of modern technologies that you will be exposed to within your responsibilities. We are a tight-knit team and we will encourage you to be an active participant in all respects of our operation. You will undertake specific Market, Product and Technology training to enable you to hit the ground running, and this process will be supported by your team and Manager on an ongoing basis.

As this is a customer-centric airport technology role, and our business is within the global airport market, a reasonable level of travel may be required.

Experience/Knowledge:

• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to understand technical and business concepts
• Proven ability to learn when exposed to new technologies
• Demonstrate coding best practice against industry coding standards
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
• Capable of using standard desktop software packages
• Personal responsibility and the ability to work in a team
