Position Summary

We are looking for a Project Management Office Graduate to join our UPM Business Hub in Wrocław, Poland. Two positions will be filled. The Graduate Program offers a whirlwind start to your career, providing international work experience and the opportunity to develop your skills alongside experienced mentors.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Hub Development portfolio planning and follow-up.
  • Support, coordinate, and manage daily tasks within the Service or Project Management Office.
  • Translate business needs into service concepts, conduct interviews and usability testing, assess results, and contribute to service development.
  • Assist in planning workshops and other activities around service management.
  • Manage communications and end‑user enablement, e.g., key user network development and trainings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of policies, processes, and project rules.
  • Follow up on project success through metrics.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in economics, project management, information management, service design, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to exciting projects.
  • Good understanding of service design, design thinking, and agile project methodologies.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills; able to work individually and within an international team.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Open to new challenges and willing to explore unfamiliar areas.

Additional Information

The UPM Graduate Program is a paid internship. We support hybrid working, balancing office and remote work.
