Graduate Digital Design Engineer – Learn, Innovate, and Grow!

What You’ll Do

1. Design and implement next-generation digital IPs (PCIe, CXL, IDE, UCIe, USB, UALink, etc.).
2. Work on hardware prototyping, including FPGA implementation, software bring-up, and hardware testing.
3. Participate in architecture discussions, implement new design features, and contribute to protocol workgroups.
4. Ensure top-notch design quality, including LINT, CDC, DFT, and timing optimization.

Requirements

1. BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
2. Legally eligible to work in Poland.
3. Proficiency in RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog preferred).
4. Familiarity with UNIX/Linux, including shell scripting and programming.
5. Strong debugging and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
6. Fluent in English and a strong team player.
7. Experience with multiple asynchronous clock domains and clock domain crossings (CDC).
8. Ability to perform RTL lint checks and resolve errors efficiently.
9. Familiarity with modern digital verification methodologies, including functional coverage closure, metric-driven verification, and formal verification.
10. Understanding of processor-based systems and embedded programming.
11. Experience in semiconductor IP design or FPGA design is a plus.
12. Strong engineering mindset – Ability to identify and define design challenges beyond just knowledge of Verilog.
13. Problem-solving skills – Candidates who can analyze and improve designs, not just apply technical knowledge.
