GPM Stream Lead role at HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services)

Responsibilities

  • Govern the template by acting as lead and spokesperson for the Market to Cash stream, validating process designs and translating process standards into ERPs and platforms.
  • Enable value capture in the OpCos by driving process conformance, challenging OpCos on performance, supporting root cause analyses, sharing good practices, delivering training and providing knowledge on template ways of working.
  • Manage teams reporting into the role by providing people management for end‑to‑end stream teams.
  • Safeguard experience and resources within the team by ensuring close cooperation with the DBB Design team across hierarchical lines.
  • Govern Change Requests by coordinating impact evaluations, bringing proposals to the decision board, and coordinating solution design, build, test, release to production including OpCo testing, user training and documentation updates.
  • Own end‑to‑end accountability by collaborating with Data and Technology teams to define required work, including backlog prioritisation in coordination with the GPM Stream Lead.
  • Drive issue resolution for CFIN through agile ways of working and acting as Product Owner.
  • Manage process performance and scope for OpCos by developing and proposing improvement and advanced functionality initiatives, defining and implementing measurable PPIs, and driving continuous improvement in PPI measurement.
  • Lead change management by implementing process changes in OpCos through release management procedures and ensuring changes are sustained.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s Degree
  • Work experience: 8+ years in technical, commercial, financial or supply chain roles in a complex environment.
  • Good understanding of the interaction between business processes and data and technology, experience with business process design and modelling techniques and tools.
  • Experience with IT systems, Microsoft Office, Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills, cross‑functional collaboration, people and change management, analytical and consulting capabilities.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, role‑model HEINEKEN behaviours and experience leading, coaching and motivating diverse teams.
  • End‑to‑end Market‑to‑Cash expertise across Sales, Logistics and Finance, including customer data, pricing and discounts, order and delivery management, billing, credit and collections.
