Your Responsibilities

• Managing profitability & variance analysis (P&VA) for DBB and handling BAU for OpCos live with DBB
• Collaborating with DBB SO consultants FP&A and joining KU community FP&A
• Reviewing allocations, results, and PPI outcomes
• Refreshing OpCos training in EPM (Oracle tool) and keeping training materials updated
• Supporting product owner in managing finance product and driving product backlog realization
• Providing end‑to‑end process and product expertise to stakeholders
• Validating process designs and translating standards into technology solutions
• Identifying and implementing improvements, proposing redesigns and new functionalities
• Assessing and executing change requests (CRs, BRDs) and coordinating implementation
• Maintaining product daily: monitoring changes, analyzing issues, performing functional testing, and coordinating UAT
• Ensuring proper release management and compliance with data management standards
• Supporting system upgrades, service packs, and global changes (e.g., IFRS)
• Acting as first escalation point and guiding OpCos to follow standard processes
• Measuring KPIs/PPIs and template usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or other related studies
• At least 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting in an SSC/BPO environment, including 2+ years of experience in FP&A

Preferred Additional Experience

• OpCo experience, OpCo network, HEINEKEN experience
• BASE experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of project management methodology (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent)
• Experience in conducting trainings
• Oracle EPM knowledge
